PLAYLIST UPDATES
Lunar Lakes is now OPEN on Saturdays between 10:00 - 18:00
Starting from October 01 2025, the full Lunar Lakes site will be open to the public every Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 - 18:00.
“Set around three lakes on eight acres, surrounded by rolling hills, ancient trails and open skies, Lunar Lakes offers space for people to step away from the modern world and connect with Nature in unique, enriching ways.
During Opening Hours, Lunar Lakes is a a big, cool, natural environment that is here for you to come to hang out in and make use of - The Dome runs as a comfortable, relaxing space, and The Lodge is open as a free-access, ‘off-grid’ style clubhouse, with snacks and drink-making facilities available.
Visitors can spend some time relaxing in nature, bring with them their own work or creative activity, use the space to hang out with friends, or as a ‘base’ to explore one of the many local hiking routes that run directly from the site.
We also offer a range of simple, health-and-community-focused activities, to help people start to move outdoors and engage with nature in fun and simple ways. Currently these are:
STARWALK - Once each month, on the weekend closest to the Full Moon, we set out from Lunar Lakes after sunset to walk beneath the night sky.
SOUNDJOURNEY - An immersive, sensory journey in a candlelit dome.
Come and hang out."
Site Entry is free with a Season Pass. All visitors throughout Autumn receive a free Season Pass on their first visit.
[ In accordance with this change, the pre-existing NATURESPACE service has been removed, and pre-booking is no longer necessary. ]
New Experience: SOUNDJOURNEY
A new version of SOUNDJOURNEY with Katy Joy has been added with 2 additional dates in Autumn:
October 11 - 18:00 - 21:30 (completed + sold out)
November 08 - 18:00 - 21:30 (sold out + capacity increased to 16)
“SOUNDJOURNEY is an immersive, organic sound and light experience in nature, that takes place within the candlelit Dome after sunset. The session begins with a gentle grounding, before the lights dim and layered tones fill the space, creating a full-body-and-mind sensory experience that unfolds with each flicker and vibration.
After journeying, participants emerge into an ambient space, they are offered a warm drink and treat and invited to continue enjoying the nature-rich environment for as long as they like before heading home.
SOUNDJOURNEY relaxes and resets the nervous system by creating a space of deep rest and de-stimulation. Participants report feelings of joy, euphoria, visionary and out-of-body experiences, improved sleep, enhanced health, pain reduction, emotional relief, creative inspiration and clarity of mind. The journey offers a rare chance to disconnect from the outside world, down-regulate the nervous system, make contact with nature and explore how sound shapes consciousness when sight is no longer the dominant sense.”
Information and Booking is available at www.lunarlakes.co.uk/soundjourney
Seasonal Event: The Lunar Transmission [Nov 29]
The End of Season Event for Autumn is The Lunar Transmission, taking place on November 29th…
“The Lunar Lakes Dome is a living instrument - a resonating device, designed to tune into to signals beyond our dimension…
After a year calibrating, we are ready to broadcast the first Lunar Transmission - a soft cascade of colour and frequencies from a distant reality - delivered in the form of an immersive, multi-sensory experience to reset your nervous system.
The Lunar Transmission is a unique, end-of-season mini-celebration of sound, light, nature + fire - A relaxed, multi-sensory, immersive journey including a soundbath, a live DJ and locally-sourced seasonal food, centred around a bonfire.
Screen-free and off-grid - an evening lit entirely by candlelight and flame, run on 100% solar power. Each guest will carry their own torch to navigate through the landscape.
Designed for unwinding, connecting, and letting your operating system settle back into it’s natural rhythm. Come and receive the signal.”

HIKE & DARKWALK RECONFIGURATION
HIKE has been temporarily removed and will be updated for Winter.
DARKWALK has been updated to STARWALK:
“Once each month, on the weekend closest to the Full Moon, we set out from Lunar Lakes after sunset to walk beneath the night sky.
The evening begins with hot drinks and time to settle in before lighting our torches and heading into the hills. The walk leads us through the local stone circle - an ancient, elevated spot offering open views of the stars.
The land surrounding Lunar Lakes is a registered Dark Skies zone, making it ideal for stargazing. On clear nights, we take unhurried stops along the route to take in the views.
STARWALK provides a regular opportunity to enjoy the rare sensory experience of walking in the dark as a group, letting your senses adjust, as the sky and landscape reveals itself in a different light. Glowsticks included.”
November STARWALK date:
November 15th
